Information collected

We collect information you provide through booking, inquiry and purchase processes, such as your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details, requested services, appointment preferences, notes and marketing-consent choices. Our website and service providers may also process technical information, such as device and browser information, IP addresses, cookies and request logs, to operate, secure and maintain their services.

How information is used

We use customer information to respond to requests, estimate and provide services, manage appointments, process purchases, issue certificates, support customers and keep business and consent records. We use a phone number for promotional texts only when we have the customer’s separate marketing consent. Submitting a booking alone is not marketing consent.

Service providers and sharing

We use Wix and service providers supporting website hosting, bookings, forms, payments and communications. Information may be disclosed to providers as needed to perform those functions, and where required by law or to protect rights and security. Payment details are processed through the payment provider used at checkout; do not put card details into booking notes or text messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to messaging providers and subcontractors only as necessary to deliver and support messages on our behalf. Consent records are maintained with submitted requests or bookings.

Cookies and local storage

Our website uses browser storage for features such as maintaining a visitor session. Wix, payment and other enabled services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security and, where enabled, analytics. Browser settings can control storage and cookies, but blocking them may affect booking or checkout. Third-party services have their own privacy notices.

You may leave the optional marketing checkbox unchecked without affecting your ability to request a service. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from program texts, reply HELP for assistance, or call 217-565-2250. We also honor other clear requests to stop messages. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to identity verification, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Retention and security

We keep information as needed to provide services, maintain transaction and consent records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
